Inclement weather: On days where weather is questionable, we will be checking the weather frequently and expect the customer to as well. Safety is at the forefront when making decisions to set up inflatables. If there is inclement weather such as winds 15+ miles an hour, or heavy rain/thunder/lightning, we will refund your deposit or reschedule your event. If the forecasted weather is questionable, but not unsafe, we will call you and see what your preference is. At this point if you choose to cancel you will receive your deposit back or reschedule your event. If you choose to have us come out and setup, there are no refunds.
How do you accept payment? We accept debit/credit cards. At the time of booking, we will email or text you an invoice for a $20 deposit that holds your spot. The remaining balance is collected the day before the party.
What is involved in the setup and take-down? Someone will be at your party address at least 30 minutes before your party begins to setup the inflatable. Once the rental is over, someone will come and tear down the inflatable, roll it up, and take it away.
Do you rent during the week M-F? Yes. Weekday times are more limited, though, so please contact us with plenty of notice so we can make accommodations.
Can adults get on the inflatables? Adults are allowed on the inflatables as long as it’s to assist a young child, and as long as it stays within the weight limit of each inflatable.
Are the inflatables safe for my children? All inflatables are commercial grade inflatables that have been tested and inspected by the state for safety.
Is everyone required to sign a waiver? Only the party host is required to sign a release form and a waiver releasing Local Inflatables, LLC from liability. Inflatables require adult supervision at all times.
